NOTE: The 2021-22 Lottery Window has closed and student enrollment has been locked for this school year. The 2022-23 School Year Enrollment Cycle begins again February 1, 2022.
The 2021 - 2022 School Year Application Window opened February 1, 2021 at 8 a.m. and closed on March 31, 2021 at 3pm. The lottery was held on April 21, 2021 at 4pm at SeA. You must apply online via Lotterease for your child to be entered in the enrollment lottery.
If your child is accepted in the lottery held April 21, or at any point after that, you must confirm that spot via Lotterease within 10 days. An email link will be sent to you to confirm. We will move students off the waitlist and onto the accepted list as space becomes available.
What is Lotterease?
Lotterease is an independent automated lottery system that SeA uses to manage the lottery and wait list. Since Lotterease is an independent system, the school staff do not have the ability to manipulate or adjust the lottery outcome. They must work within the requirements of the system. In addition, all activity that takes place with your application is tracked in a history log that you can view at any time by logging into the parent portal.
If the school you want your child to attend displays the Lotterease Seal of Transparency and Fairness, you can rest assured that your child will get their fair chance to attend the school.
