

Infinite Campus is an online parent portal providing 24-7 access to your student's school records, grades, assignments, activity registrations, medication forms, and many more tools. Online registration should be completed by all families by August 14th and will replace all beginning of the year student paperwork.
The following documents must be presented in person at the school or uploaded with the online registration in order to complete the registration process for new students:

A certified or clear, readable copy of your child's birth certificate,

Your child's immunization record

A photo of your child

Test scores or transcripts from your last school

Any custody documents, 504s, or IEPs

Beginning of Year Steps for New & Existing Students
DUE Friday, August 14, 2026
RECOMMENDED: Complete these steps on a laptop or desk top.
1. New families will receive an email with usernames and passwords for the portal the week of July 13, 2026. If you have forgotten your username or password, please email jwhitley@southeasternacademy.org or lard@southeasternacademy.org for help.
2. Complete the Online Registration found under SHORTCUTS.
3. Bring any documents you could not upload to the school.
